Landmark Properties is here for you. We understand the desires of our residents when it comes to availability, customer service, and peaceful enjoyment of your home. We strive to provide you with all of this on a daily basis. Our staff is not only dedicated to the company, we are dedicated to each of our renters.

How much is the application fee and deposit?

$100.00/per applicant | Deposit: $1500

What do you require of your future residents?

All future residents must pass a credit, background check and have a salary of 3 times the market rent.

What do I pay to apply?

$100 per application (nonrefundable) and $250 administration fee (nonrefundable)

What are the lease terms?

We require a minimum of a 12 month lease

What form of payment do you accept?

Online portal, Checks, Money Orders. (no cash)

Are any utilities included?

Electric, water, sewer are the responsibility of resident. Lawn care provided by Landlord.

Pet Policy

Animals that assist persons with disabilities are not subject to certain provisions of the pet policy. Please see a leasing associate for details.

Online Payments and 24/7 Maintenance

All of our tenants are now provided an online portal when they sign a lease with us. This portal allows you to pay your rent online from the comfort of your home. You can also submit maintenance requests anytime through your portal, and when there is an emergency, we have a dedicated phone line for you to call as well. (803)570-2933 ext. 3
