All prospect must pass a credit, background check and have a salary of 3 times the market rent.
What do I pay to apply?
100 per application (nonrefundable) and $250 administration fee (nonrefundable)
What are the lease terms?
Minimum 12 months to Start
What form of payment do you accept?
Online portal, Checks, Money Orders. (no cash)
Are any utilities included?
Electric, water, sewer are the responsibility of resident. Lawn care provided by Landlord.

Online Payments and 24/7 Maintenance
All of our tenants are now provided an online portal when they sign a lease with us. This portal allows you to pay your rent online from the comfort of your home. You can also submit maintenance requests anytime through your portal, and when there is an emergency, we have a dedicated phone line for you to call as well. (803)570-2933 ext. 3
